Sponsoring a student is the most powerful way to fight poverty, and allows you to witness a miracle firsthand, following your child's growth as he or she is nurtured to health, educated and exposed to the main stream world.
As per UN report, India has the world's largest youth population. With 356 million 10-24 year-olds, India surpasses even China. India can harness this demographic boon to benefit the nation. On the other hand, unemployed and agitated youth can take to the streets similar to the Arab countries.
India is churning out vast number of college graduates yet there is an acute scarcity of trained youth in the marketplace. One contributing factor is that the current education system gloss over practical training. The marketplace deems the youth as trained but unemployable.
Vocational Training can be a potent solution to address this emerging problem. Youth can be given Vocational training quickly at a nominal cost. If the training curriculum is properly designed to reflect the needs of the marketplace, the trained youth can become productive rapidly. Instead of becoming a problem to the society, they can become the economic engine.
VTC aims to educate and train rural youth to impart skills and help them find employment. It meets market demand while improving socio-economic condition of the population. VTC is thus contributing to nation building; one-brick-at-a-time.
In partnership with the Tribal Development Department of the Government of Gujarat, MSA has successfully operated a Vocational Training Center since 2011. With dedicated staff covering all areas from mobilization to placement, MSA - VTC has enrolled and trained 1,572Scheduled Tribal (ST) youth, 89% of which are females, in the last 7 years. In 2017, we opened our course offerings to low-income, non-Tribal (non-ST) students, including Below Poverty Level youth from Scheduled Castes and Other Backwards Castes. By sponsoring a student, you can create a lasting, personal bond and change a life by helping provide healthcare, education and much more for merely $1 US Dollar a day.

Courses Offered
VTC is currently offering 11 different healthcare related courses. The new VTC campus is expected to be completed in 2018 when 30 new course offerings in RENEWABLE ENERGY, CONSTRUCTION, AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRY will be added.
