Training Methodology
As of March 2020 the center has trained 2583 students and during 2019-20, 417 students are trained.
- Pre admission career counseling to each applicant. We offer several career options to the applicants like Office Administration, Pharmacy, OT, Phlebotomy etc.
- All courses are residential where students are provided full lodging & boarding.
- Learning by doing; 80% weightage is on hands on training
- Qualified and experienced trainers for all courses
- IT, Soft Skills & Personality Development and English is an integral part
- Special emphasis on developing team work, communication and planning abilities
- Counseling about Gynec and adolescence issues
- Sickle Cell testing and full medical support
- Free transportation to Vadodara during internship and interviewing.
- Post training placement assistance, our placement rate is 75% and is steadily improving.
- Ongoing support after the completion of course
